Course content

A range of workplace hazards and methods of control are dealt with when studying for the NEBOSH International General Certificate. International safety and health management standards (including International Labour Organisation codes of practice) are covered. Specific regional and local laws and cultural issues can be included as part of the study programme wherever this is relevant and appropriate to the delegates concerned.

Course assessment

Assessment for the Certificate is made through the taking of two written examinations, as well as a practical assessment which checks delegates’ ability to put into practice the knowledge they have gained through the syllabus.
