Who this course is aimed at:

Any person who has undertaken theoretical first aid training, particularly via e-learning and requires experience in the practical elements of the subject.

Course objectives/key benefits:

The aim of the course is to provide delegates with an opportunity to practice and become confident with using various ‘hands-on’ elements of first aid.

Course content:

What is First Aid and its aims
Airways and breathing
Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Slings and bandages
Unconsciousness - recovery position

Training method:

Seminar including mostly practical work.

Course outcome/qualification:

MB Safety Training certificate that is valid for 1 year.
