MBHS can write your Health & Safety Policy for you
The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (HSWA) section 2(3) requires that anyone employing five or more persons must:
- Prepare a written statement of policy
- Set out organisation and arrangement for implementing policy
- Revise and update as necessary
- Bring the policy and arrangements to the notice of all employees

MBHS can write your Policy – which is a legal requirement if you have 5 employees or more. Then you will probably need our help to make sure it is implemented.
We can also train you and your staff in all the key disciplines, including the biggest sources of accidents: working at height, confined spaces, manual handling and food hygiene – as well as basic requirements such as forklift training and first aid.
